The following self measurement chart will assist you to measure yourself properly in advance of being fitted for a kilt. 

Use the diagram and instructions to take note of the required measurements and remember to specifiy whether inches or centimetres.

Name / Reference - Kilt

Waist (G) should be firm, measured below the rib cage.
Hip (I) should be comfortable
Length (G to J) should be measured from line of waist to middle of knee i.e. a man of 5ft 10” will require a length of approx 24” (including rise)
